All requests are to be submitted by Tuesday for the following week. Forms received after the 20th of the month will not be approved until the following month's tuition has been paid. TPA dues and tuition must be current for private requests to be approved. Privates must be arranged with one of your gymnast's primary coaches.

If your gymnast will be unable to attend a meet, complete this form and return it to the gym.
TPA Agreement Form
The completion of this form signifies parents’ acknowledgement of financial responsibility as it pertains to the 2023-24 competition season.
